      We operate social media pages on third party networks and have social media icons on our Website. When you visit or link to our social media pages, data is processed both by us and the applicable social media provider. Social media providers are unaffiliated with us, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of social media providers.     4. Chat Features. We utilize chat features to provide customer support. Use of the chat features are completely voluntary. Chat sessions are recorded and used by both us and our chat service provider. The use our chatbox utilizes artificial intelligence and natural language processing to understand customer questions and automate responses to them, simulating human conversation. If you do not consent to these terms, please do not use the chat features and contact us via email.

    5. Social Networking Data. We may receive personal information about you from social networking sites and apps you choose to connect with our Website (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok). This may include your name, social network username/handle, profile image, location, email address, age, gender, and other public information or information you share via your platform settings. You can control what information we receive by adjusting your privacy settings on those platforms.

While our products are meant to be enjoyed by families and children, the use of our Website, the purchase of the products, and all other aspects of the Website are not intended for the use of children. We do not knowingly collect information from users of our Website under the age of 13 and/or their internet usage.

  4. Mobile Messaging

    We may use your mobile number to send you promotional texts based on preferences that you indicate. Participation in mobile messaging is optional and not a condition of purchase. By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive these communications, you are consenting to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. The frequency and number of messages you will receive will vary. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). This includes, when required or as we deem appropriate and feasible under the circumstances, encryption and written commitments from third parties that may have access to your information that they will protect the information with reasonable safeguards.

    We do not store payment card information; rather we utilize a payment processor and store only an electronic receipt that sets forth confirming payment details, such as purchase date, the expiration date of the payment card and the payment ID, but not complete payment card information.

    The information you share in public areas of our Website may be viewed by any user of the Website. Content you post publicly may also be indexed by search engines, cached, archived, or redistributed by others and may persist even after deletion from the Website.

    No Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of your information, and we are not responsible for processes and networks that we do not control.
